Scholarship Notification?

You are clearly not taking advantage of any of the other opportunities the UHC provides, beyond classes, which many of your peers at Pitt are.

Pitt and the UHC both have limits on scholarships they can give to students from each state. I had better stats than you coming from OOS and I only had a half-tuition scholarship because by the time I had applied (mid-December), they had already run out of the allotted full-tuition for my state.

I just want to point out to a lot of people that while justino1234’s rant is very atypical for CC or UHC students, that they do have a point in that stellar stats does not guarnatee you a scholarship in the same way non-stellar stats mean you are out of the running. Keep in mind college admissions (and scholarship awards) are based on a HOLISTIC review. That means your stats, ECs, and your essays and LORs.
