<p>I am applying for a memorial scholarship for $20,000/yr. The application says that is paid directly to the school. My question is, if federal and state aid pays for all but $10,00 of my tuition+room/board and the scholarship pays the other $10,000, where does the other $10,000 of the scholarship go?</p>
