<p>okay well earlier this year i got a full ride to the University of Louisville. I also applied to the university of kentucky but i never applied for a scholarship and the due date was january 16th. two days ago UK sent me a scholarship application that was due the 16th of January. My dad thinks they did this so I could possibly get a scholarship there and they could compete with the University of Louisville. The reason could be cause i’m African American with a 30 ACT and 3.65 what are your thoughts? Do you think i could still fill the application out?</p>
