I am applying to colleges in the US as an international student and the top priority for me is checking whether the colleges are affordable. I have heard of many foreign institutions promising aid or scholarship to students, however once they enroll the institutions either revoke some percentage of the scholarships or reveal terms which they do not highlight beforehand. Since I do not have any personal contacts at Seton Hall University from whom I can verify that such actions are not commonplace, I was hoping someone at this platform who is familiar with the institution can help me out
