<p>Okay, I wanted to apply for the Mabel and LaVerne Noyes Scholarships. It said the deadline was on October 1. But when you click the link it says the application isn’t available till October, so please check back then. Well, it’s October, I checked back, and it says the deadline has passed. Can anyone explain this?</p>
