About low income.

There might be something specific for your ethnic background – someone here might recommend something, or you might be able to Google, or find something through one of the scholarship websites.

However, the majority of scholarships that students use to pay for college are through the specific college that you end up attending. So look at the financial aid website of schools you are interested in, and see what scholarships they offer. However, many of those will be awarded to students with higher statistics; your SAT score is pretty low to expect to receive many of these. The next most common scholarship source is local organizations, like your local scout council, 4H, rotary, etc. These tend to be smaller scholarships and only good for 1-2 years (so don’t help with expenses after that). However, you may have missed many deadlines for this year. But some will also award to college students, so keep track of any you find for next year. There are also a lot of scholarships that are on search websites, but often tons of people apply for those, so your chances are lower.

If your income is low (can’t tell from what you said), obviously you will want to apply for need based financial aid. Depending on the college, they may meet most of your need. Some of it may be via grants (so do not need to be paid back), some via loans (which do need to be paid back), and maybe some through work study (you work on campus, and up to the amount of work study awarded, the gov’t will pay your salary). If you have not done the FAFSA and any other financial aid forms requested by your colleges, do this right away.
