My family member was awarded 2014 Salutatorian in earning a Bachelor’s degree. This person will be in graduate school as well as plans for a doctorate in physical therapy. I would like to know if there are scholarships for this category of accomplishment? (Bachelor/Salutatorian).

It’s very unlikely. Scholarships aren’t handed out for those kinds of things at the graduate level.

Most students finance DPT programs through loans. Your family member might be able to receive scholarships directly from the DPT schools if he is one of their top applicants. There are very few and very limited outside scholarships for health professionals, and none of the ones I know of care what your rank was in undergrad.
