Can you get some scholarship for graduate school? I am interested in MSW/counseling. Are there any scholarships available for students and what are some institutions that are affordable for this path?
Scholarships exist. The biggest ones come from institutions themselves; they may offer scholarships for students in certain groups (from their home state; from underrepresented groups or disadvantaged populations) or with high academic achievement in college. There may be a few external scholarships that support MSW students as well.
Generally speaking, though, an MSW is a professional degree and the majority of students will finance their degrees with loans or out of pocket money.
