Scholarships for noncitizens

I am an H-4 visa student who would like to pursue undergraduate education at a prestigious university. However, I fall under a category where financial help is very limited – legal non-citizens. I cannot afford paying for an international tuition and do not qualify for fed aid. On top of that, it is illegal for us to work. Yeah, it kinda sucks.

But Watevs. If there’s a will there’s a way!
For people in the same situation – DON’T LOSE HOPE!
Private scholarships is the way to go.
Below is what I have found.

NOTE: If you find something else, kindly add it on this thread.
