A question for students going to Rice:

Are there scholarships, like say departmental scholarships, available that are not the ones posted on the Rice website for freshmen? Thanks.

In general, no. The only departmental scholarships I’ve seen have been for either juniors or seniors. You can ask your department, but departmental scholarships are generally not given to sophomores.
