<p>I know VCU, Old Dominion, VA Tech and University of Richmond offers scholarships. VA Tech, University of Richmond, JMU all require additional applications for the scholarships. Don’t recall if University of Richmond requires interview though.</p>
<p>UVA has the Jefferson and W&M has the Murray scholars which requires additional applications/interviews if you make the final cut. These are very competitive!</p>

<p>I would say VCU and Old Dominion. Son received full scholarships without any extra work from both schools. VCU is pretty upfront about what it requires (the SAT/ACT, GPA) is on their website. And if you qualify for VCU’s scholarship, you will probably get Old Dominion’s too.</p>
