Scholarships only for Germans/Austrians???

<p>Restricted Scholarship page lists about 15 scholarships that are available, but every one of them is for students can prove that they are from German or Austrian ancestry. Is this correct???</p>

<p>No, they are not. After you click on the link you need to select the scholarship you are interested in from the drop down menu at the top of the page.</p>
