What were your results and do 9th grade results actually matter when applying to schools?
My son received a silver key award in 10th grade and three honorable mentions in 11th, all for art. He is hoping he will receive another key award this year (12th). I think any Scholastic award will look great as part of your application. You can include awards from 9th on, so my son has applied every year.

We were told that the results for regional awards come out this Wednesday.
Yes our region has art and writing award notifications in each student’s portal. The full list I don’t see published yet for our region.
Yes! Son received a Gold Key for digital art and a Silver Key for personal essay/memoir!

Regional results should be out for everyone.
I got a Gold Key in Poetry, Silver Key in Critical Essay, and Honorable Mention in Poetry.
