I’m planning ahead for a rigorous schedule for the next two years of high school (junior/senior year). I am REALLY hoping to get into NYU, as of now it’s the only school I’m even thinking about… I honestly don’t want to go anywhere else. Realizing that NYU is so difficult to get into, I want to work my potential to it’s biggest capacity.

My program of studies for my high school can be found there (^).

Junior year:
SAT Preparatory Course (English/Math)
English 11 Honors
US History II Honors
Physics Honors
Algebra II Honors
French III
Gym/Health

Senior year:
Pre-Calculus Honors
AP English 12
AP U.S. History
AP Chemistry
AP Biology
French IV
Gym/Health

My freshman year was a bit disappointing, I only took one honors class and my grades were mediocre. This year (sophomore year), I’m in no honor classes, but I’ve been earning high A’s in all of my classes (college prep), which I intend on keeping throughout the year. I took the PSATS, which I plan on taking again next year. I’m in Future Business Leaders of America, Future Teachers of America, Interact, Association Against Drugs and Alcohol, Student Government Association, International Club, Silver Lining, Art Club, Yearbook Club, and Intergenerational Club.

What else can I do to have a better chance of getting into NYU?
