SoCal DS24 here… we’ve visited both UT and USC campus… both during holidays w/o study body on the campus…for beauty and aesthetics, the gated SC campus feels like a movie set… it’s unlike any of the 20 or so campus settings I’ve been on over the years…

just returned from UTA last week…quick 4 hrs on campus during a layover on the way to see family for Christmas… compact campus in middle of a booming city… a lot of hi rise construction in CBD in progress…

both schools are a REACH… good luck to all… if up to me, I’d send him to Texas…
