<p>hey. i can kinda help you there. i spent my junior year abroad in spain and i applied to yale this past year (more of a joke than anything). i got wait listed and i suspect that if i hadnt gone away i would have gotten into yale. that’s because i would have been junior and senior class president, i would have been president of the model UN club and i know i would have had more grades and higher SATs. it varies by person honestly. but im excited, I’m going to cornell next year.</p>
