johns hopkins, washington u. in st. louis, northwestern, UCLA…to give you more options, it’d be nice to know your Weighted GPA (or UC gpa if you’re thinking of some UC schools).

hm well i’m looking at a 4.8W. My school is top 10 in nation according to the rankings, and considered a “gifted school” By the end of high school i should be graduating with 8 APs

Similar students, medium sized, city location, good premed, nice social scene? Perfect description for Tulane and Vanderbilt (and possibly URichmond). Leave out the medium-sized and several Boston-area schools qualify, plus Georgetown and George Washington.

Thank You!
Yes I have visits set up for Wash U, Northwestern, and Georgetown this summer.
But yes the mid-size thing is not crucial, and schools in the Boston area would be another great option

I’d second Vandy. They love community service (kids at Vanderbilt started the Alternative Spring Break program–it’s really cool), good size, the medical center is literally on campus, and a mile from downtown Nashville. I got in RD with a 3.9 UW and 34 ACT, and I’m pretty sure your 32 is at least mid-range.
