<p>I’m not sure that I understand you. People apply to universities for SPECIFIC reasons, not for the best name you can find with a 3.92 GPA and a 1950 SAT score.</p>

<p>^^Well I want a Sociology major and I’m looking for a school with strong programs in the social sciences. I’m not looking for the “best name” but I was wondering if anyone knew schools where I’d have a decet chance. I will also go to law school afterwards. I’m in love with Penn but we all know that’s a toss up.</p>

<p>If you could be more specific with your EC’s and your intended majors that would be helpful. Just from your EC’s, I would haphazard a guess saying that you are a humanities major. </p>
<p>I would recommend NYU as a nice choice. Your stats seem to fit the general range of accepted applicants.</p>

<p>You should apply to Penn. I feel like you could get in. Maybe get up your SAT scores?</p>
<p>Other than that though I really don’t know. This is such a broad category. If you like Pennsylvania in general Drexel University is a pretty good school, Temple University is pretty nice.</p>
