Schools for cognition, political/economic theory, religion, computer science

Long story short: I’m a UC dropout, having spent the last year reading
books and trying to learn on my own at Reed College.

I’m currently beginning to generate some momentum on applying again
and finding a college I will be satisfied at. Reed is certainly one
choice.

—My question: Where should I apply?—

I’m interested in: cognition, political/economic theory,
computer science, artificial intelligence, comparative/contextual/historical theory of Science…and a little of linguistics, philosophy, “PNP”, religion, anthro, political history, classics.

And, I don’t think I can survive anywhere that does not give students extreme self-determinism, freedom, respect, support, and a tradition of noisy, raw student expression.

My goals are: *Significantly, verifiably alter the course of human
society for the better *See everybody (mainly USA) adhere to the basic
pillars of good health *Invent technologies, societies, memes,
customs, environments, that cause people to speak with strangers on a
more personal and intellectual level *Give people tools to
effortlessly cut through the warped realities of public
relations/branding/marketing BS and have access to practical
information *Decrease specialization – increase “renaissance men” –
more DIY *Make information and culture free

I’d like a college that can be my grounds for testing avenues to these goals.

^that got really disjointed really quickly… maybe later I’ll rewrite
it in a more fluid way

Not sure, but maybe Evergreen.
