Schools for Engineering!

I’d like to major in Industrial engineering, or management science (or any of the same sort) and hopefully take business courses as well. After days of searching, I’m down with Northwestern, Penn, Standford. I would LOVE to end this admission thing by ED/EA so I’m in need of some advice!
(Penn sounds so interesting and fun but some told me that Penn Engineering might not be a best option :frowning: really confused now) tell me if I have chance with any of the schools

SAT I: CR 770, Math 800, WR 730
SAT II: Math2c 800, Physics 750
