Actually, there’s no such thing as a “medicine” major.
Are you thinking you want to be a physician (medical doctor)?

If you are interested in becoming a physician, you need a Bachelor’s degree. You can major in anything you like but you do need high grades in some required premedical courses (a year of biology, physics, two years of chemistry, calculus, some humanities). Then you apply to medical school, which is where you get your real professional training.

If you are interested in a career in nursing or “allied health” then you can get an associate, bachelor’s, or master;s degree in those fields, depending upon the skill level required.
