Schools for Psychology/Human Resources

what are some good schools for someone looking to major in psychology/human resources?

You can google ‘top undergraduate programs in Psych’ and get a general list. But if you want some really useful advice, you will need to provide a lot more information:

1) your stats (gpa, test scores, class rank)
2) state of residence
3) what you can afford
4) size of schools
5) geographic constraints (part of the country, urban/suburban/small town, distance from x)
6) culture (preppy, rah-rah, artsy, intellectual, quirky, granola, hipster, etc…)

-I am a second year student at Nassau Community College looking to transfer to a 4 year school.
-From Long Island, New York
-White, male, age 19
-3.25 college gpa, 85 high school average/88 weighted average
-SAT Score: 1790/1190
-Mostly looking at schools on the east coast (North East, Mid-Atlantic)

Cost constraints and financial aid situation?

Some SUNYs like Stony Brook, Buffalo, and Binghamton are probably just fine for psychology at in-state cost and financial aid. Run the net price calculators on the web sites of each school you consider.
