Are there any good boarding schools accepting international students with applications still open? any insights would be valuable! 
There are tons of good schools with rolling admissions. I think it matters more what you are looking for from a school. why you missed the closing window for applications. And where you are willing to consider.

I received an email from Blair saying they are still accepting. you should reach out to them directly to confirm.
Yeah, but Blair is not doing interviews. The website says interviews are at capacity. I am not sure what the chances of acceptance are without an interview.

If a school is accepting applications and has no interviews, they are willing to consider applicants without interviewing them (or to create an interview space later.) You should let them put you out of the running rather than preemptively doing it to yourself.
