<p>Does anyone know any school that allows creating individualized in the field of Engineering. I dropped out of EE major (finished junior year) but feel this is not the right field for me. I'm looking for something in CS with an emphasis on Finance/Economics/Non Engg
for example. BA in Applied Computing. Is there any school or program that affords such flexibility ?</p>
