<p>I have heard most people say some colleges do not accept alot of transfer students due to increased freshmen applications or other factors. I would like to know just some colleges that are more transfer friendly then say columbia with a 5 percent transfer rate thanks.</p>
<p>In-state schools (your residency) are generally a lot nicer.</p>
