I know the science classes must be challenging, but how are they in comparison to AP classes in high school? How are they for math classes?

Well it somewhat depends on the professor that you get but in general, they are generally much harder than AP classes.

In most classes, you are covering as much material as in AP classes or in some cases, much more and/or in depth, in just one semester.

For example, in Organic Chemistry, we went through 4 chapters over just 6 lectures so its a pretty fast pace.

freshman year intro classes are the only directly comparable classes to ap level

and even then, the pace is far faster (entire year’s worth of ap-level material in a semester or less)

past the intro level, obviously can be much more difficult
