Science Infrastructure Fees

Just received my bill for Fall and there is a science infrastructure fee of $179. On website it says this pertains to certain courses that a student takes. I am not taking any science courses and I cant find a list of courses that would be assessed this fee. Where can I find this information?

Your post prompted me to look at our bill. There are tons of fees, but no science infrastructure fee. So either it’s a mistake, or one of your classes is considered science-y. Call the Office of the Bursar. Or send them an email. I tried calling earlier today and got “all representatives are busy” so I just sent an email. Our bill shows the wrong amount for our Illinois pre-paid tuition reimbursement…

Thanks. I got tired of being on hold so I thought I would try CC. I will can tomorrow

For some reason, a lot of popular courses have that $179 fee, including Math M119, Astronomy A105, and a lot of freshman anthropology classes.

You can find the list by choosing in the two drop down boxes “Fall 2013” and right below it “Course Related Fees.”
