<p>I have written some maths articles and participated in writing a maths book. Do I have to translate them into english when including them in my profile? And how does the admission officers assess these articles? Is it common for US students to write scientific articles?</p>

<p>No, you just cite the books and article titles. There is no need to verify your articles so you don’t need them translated. How will they be assessed? Well it’s better than NOT having written them. No it is not common. Why would you think that?</p>
