Some schools require the entire testing history to be sent. I didn’t realize this until recently, but I have taken the SAT 3 times and swtiched to the ACT.
Do I still have to submit all my SAT testing?

To those some schools, yes. Fortunately, that list is small. However, it shouldn’t be a concern if you can demonstrate your strongest scores. Hopefully, your scores will improve over time.
