Scores carry over?

Let’s say I take the SAT twice in a year. First time I get 800M, 800W, and 200CR. Next time, I get 200M, 200W, and 800 CR. Do the scores from my last test carry over to this one and give me a 2400?

Not sure what you mean by carry over. Collegeboard would report your score as 200,200,800, both to you and to any colleges you report your scores to.
However, some colleges superscore your SATs. I.e., they take the highest score in each section. So those colleges would only consider the three 800’s.

yea they do, but im sure the colleges will worry about why u got 200’s lol

If you really got 200’s I doubt the colleges would consider your takes legitimate. They would assume you cheated and spent extra times on the section/s that you received 800’s on.

However, many colleges do allow you to superscore. It’s just, your case can’t be that extreme.

yes its called “super-scoring”
