Scores to send? ACT or SAT?

For a certain top university I put my majors in this order:

  1. Undecided
  2. Creative Writing
  3. Human Biology

Here are my stats:

SAT: RW- 700, M-680
ACT: R- 34, W-32, M-29, S- 26

Which scores should I report?

It may help if you disclosed the certain top university, but I would send ACT. Perhaps try and retake it for super scoring.
The 30 ACT is slightly better than the 1380 SAT though, according to Magoosh. A 30 ACT would range from 1390-1410.
