Scoring a 2100

Hey guys just got my May 2 SAT back and scored an 1800. Is it possible to score a 2100? How realistic of a goal is that?

Depends…

  1. What grade are you in
  2. How many times have you taken the test
  3. How hard did you study that time.

It is possible depending on how hard you studied. The first and second times I took the SAT I had no prep and scored an 1860 and 1900 respectively. The third time I studied quite a lot and scored a 2160, so it’s definitely possible if you study a lot.

I went from 1840 to 2150, so yeah its possible. Buy the blue book, do a few tests with shorter time constraints, learn to game the test. Also read the article 10 steps to a 12, atleast I think thats the title.

It depends on how much time you have. You can take it in the fall, even as a senior because most colleges will accept it. I went from a 1780 to a 2010, and I recently took the June SAT which I’m confident I scored above 2100 (I was scoring in the (2100-2300) range on practice tests). Keep practicing. Use the blue book to take full practice tests and review the answers after you’re done. I would recommend Chung’s or PWN for Math and Ultimate Guide to Grammar for Writing. Practice practice practice and you might meet your goal!
