<p>I took the SAT in March 2013, missed 4 questions on the reading, and received a score of 740. I took the SAT in December 2012, missed 2 questions on the reading, and received a score of 800. I’m confused as to how there is such a huge discrepancy between the two tests. Is anyone else having similar problems?</p>
<p>The tests vary a little in difficulty. The test you took in March was easier than the one you took in December. This is the nature of standardized tests.</p>
<p>The curves for each month’s test are different. You can’t do much about this, so I would just recommend you do what you can (which is studying up!).</p>
