Congratulations to everyone accepted yesterday! I’m an incoming CMC student and hope to see everyone in Claremont.
(And good luck to the folks waiting on RD CMC, Pomona, Pitzer, and HMC results)!

D24 was accepted (woohoo!) but no mention of merit aid in the acceptance. Is that a signal that she won’t get any, or does that come later?
That’s most likely a signal she won’t get any. A college would have released her letter of Merit Scholarship with her acceptance.

Anyone weighing the pros/cons of a Scripps education versus an undergraduate business school (like Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business) to become an accountant? If so, how are you evaluating your options?
Check the acceptance letter. There is a link to financial aid. That was for us for Pitzer. Didn’t get any merit aid. Not eligible for need based. $88k !!!

Is there a facebook or other group for admitted students? Trying to coordinate with any parents/students going for Apr12 Admit Day.
Unfortunately I was told if it isn’t mentioned in the acceptance letter, you are not getting any : (
