@avielse does the person u know in admissions know if acceptances are still coming out??? pls answer
This entire process for many schools, not just SDSU, of rolling offers, if that is what is happening, is so confusing and makes little (common) sense. If there is a limited number of possible acceptances, how can any school know that they don’t have a huge amount of well qualified students at “the end” of the evaluation process. One would think that you need to evaluate the entire group and then pick the top x% by major, or whatever. (I will use UCSB and other UC’s as an example. They sent all notifications at once, not group by group. Being an SDSU grad myself, this is disappointing.

My D was admitted on Monday but I called admissions today about transpript we hand delivered beginning of March. They said transciot should show up as received on portal by first week of April. For all of you that are still waiting for decisions I asked them if decisions were still being made. They said only about 1/2 way done at this point. There is hope, try not to stress!!

I think the process was delayed because they had over 8,000 incomplete applications. They gave people until 2/28/18 to correct them.
Do you know if there are specific times that acceptances are released?

My girl twin got in Monday ! Boy twin still says pending! Boy 3.89 gpa and 1370 Sat and 30 ACT. Sure hoping they are still sending out acceptances.
Waiting on history major son as well. Still waiting on USC, UCLA, cal poly, UCSB, SDSU. What is their GPA?

Where does it say acceptance or denial… On portal? Will the pending turn into accepted or denied? Or is there an entirely did screen?
Were waiting on transfer admission not freshman’s. But all of his status say pending or no decision has been made. No denials yet… At least.

@Alwaysmidnight It will show under admissions status on portal. My D changed from pending to admitted and the statusdate changed from Nov 1st to March 19th which was day admitted.
