<p>So…some guys from Seal and Serpent just came to my dorm in Donlon and invited me to some bonfire of theirs. Anyone have any info on this society/frat?</p>

<p>Well, contrary to what some immature and insecure folks on this board may think, there’s no harm in checking it out, right? One of the strengths of Cornell’s Greek system is that it offers something for all different types of students. </p>

<p>Full Disclosure: I received a bid from Sigma Pi but ended up not in the Greek System. And I’m damn glad that I didn’t go that route in retrospect. It wasn’t for me.</p>

if you are interested in joining any frats though, I would wait to check out the others and see if you like them</p>

<p>Look. I enjoy these boards. But I don’t have a patience for idiocy on these message boards, not when people suggest stupid things about other groups, nor when people fail to do the leg work themselves.</p>
