From this article that @MarylandJOE shared, the crime in the video is too old to be prosecuted for itself, but it may be used in a RICO case by the federal government, similar to how R. Kelly was prosecuted (and found guilty and sentenced to 30 years in prison).
What horrified me even more is that there are allegations that Diddy has bought surveillance videos multiple times to try and hide his crimes.
Suffice it to say, I hope he never makes one more cent until he has made all of his victims whole (and with traumatizing events, that may be never) and that he has learned to be a gentleman. I strongly suspect that it will also include a lengthy amount of time incarcerated.
