Searching for ACT Science Study Ideas!

Good Evening College Confidential Community!

I am compiling a rigorous study schedule for myself and have realized that I am missing a critical piece. I have no dedicated materials for the Science section of the ACT. I took the ACT in April and received a horrid score of 26. I wanted to know if you all had any books you would recommend or another post from CC that I could use to help boost my score.

If you all have anything else that you think I could use please post.

KDurham, to be honest with you don’t read those books for JUST the SAT, you can get by on a sparknotes to use it as a reference. But you must read the Scarlet Letter because it can be applied to so many different essays. It’s my essay staple and I get 9/12 on the SAT essay consistently. I would go here : http://www.actquantum.com/releasedacttests/</a> and take the science (or all of them) portion for every test because you really need a “feel” for the questions so you can think like the writers of the ACT. A fun app that I used to study for both sections is play2prep and it’s free, fun, and has very representative questions.
