Almost every single college in the country - large public universities, liberal arts colleges, private universities, etc. - offers a psychology degree. Do some research on your ideal location, campus size, campus setting, and any features that you would prefer to narrow down your options. You’ll have a lot!
Why do you want this second bachelor’s degree? Start with that.
If your goal is to get into grad school in psychology, check first to see if you can get in with your current undergrad degree, or with your current degree plus a few undergrad classes in psychology. That could save you a lot of time and money.
