<p>I am an OOS student applying for a second bachelor’s in biochemistry. I have Texas A&M on the short list. Does anyone know if they are accepting second bachelor’s this year? I’m from California and it looks like the UCs and Cal States might not allow second bachelor’s, so I am having to expand my search. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that some of the out of state research-oriented universities are available.</p>
