Second Wind Turbine

Did Carleton decide to place its second wind turbine next to the first one? Here is an article which implied that the College is considering this option along with several other locations.

I thought of this when coming across the following on the Popular Science Web Site.

The Carleton and Danish situations are clearly different but I am curious about what the College decided to do with the second turbine.

My understanding is that due to current safety regulations the plans for the second Carleton wind turbine are on hold.
