<p>Are the Section C immunizations required? It says Section B are optional, but I’m wondering if that’s the same for Section C.</p>
<p>I took my son in for a physical. I also took the immunization paper provided by UNC and had him give it to his doctor along with his immunization records to see if he needed additional shots. He ended up getting 3 additional shots.</p>
