Is there a way for Cornell to see that I have not sent all of my scores, if that’s what I choose to do?

Not necessarily.
It depends on whether your high school includes scores on your transcript.
The College Board won’t give them the scores, or reveal you’ve suppressed them.

Bear in mind that your transcript may be different from your standard report card.
My transcript included not only grades from my 4 years of high school, but also SAT, ACT, PSAT and NEDT results - none of which appeared on my report cards.

Thank you very much. That was really helpful.
