Due to financial concerns, D is looking at attending UMSL or community college the first two years, then transferring to Webster. Anyone have experience with how smooth this transition goes with credits transferring, adjusting to WU environment/work load in studio art, etc.? One of their professors gave the impression art student burnout was higher with transfer students.
You should address this directly with Webster. They are the ones who can tell you what will transfer and what won’t. You also should speak with the department and the Transfer Counselor at STLCC to find out what their experience has been in the past. Ask about articulation agreements and guaranteed transfer programs.
