Seeking engaging academic setting for pre-vet

My aspiring vet is seeking academic setting that offers him good opportunities for animal-related experiences (e.g., research, volunteering, coursework), liberal community, and courses where interaction and discussion with professors is the norm. Probably small liberal arts school, or honors program in larger state school. He’ll need merit aid. 32 ACT (not superscored) and 3.25 unweighted GPA with mild LD in rigorous prep school, strong extra-curricular. Will go anywhere in US.

Would welcome recommendations -

Thanks.

University of Delaware

Delaware Valley U is small, liberal artsy, and has excellent ag and pre-vet programs. http://www.delval.edu/

My first question… what is your (in) state veterinary school?

What state do you live in?
We are in NJ and my pre-vet friend went to UDel Honors

thanks y’all. Aware of DelVal, thanks. Will check out UDel. UGA - exceptionally confident we’re more likely to win the lottery than gain admission there
