Seems as if Stony Brook doesn't care for it's students

I’ve tried to contact Stony Brook for the past 3 weeks for information on acceptance letters to college visits. I’ve e-mailed the school 3 times now, with 1 of those times asking if they recieved all my information. I hope this is not how the University treats the students they decide to go to SUNY Stony Brook.

Strange. I emailed them about finaid and got a response the next day.

Sorry for all the spelling errors. The drugs I’m on mess me up and make it hard to type without error.

Not sure why you haven’t gotten a response… who have you e-mailed? The main address (enroll@stonybrook.edu) has someone reading it almost non-stop, every weekday.

Don’t know what you mean by “acceptance letters to college visits,” though. If you’re looking for your decision, I’d first check the SOLAR system (you should have been sent your SBU ID and password when you applied); if it still says you’re in process, you might want to make sure your school has sent us all of your info (transcript, mid-year grades, test scores, etc.).

Hope this helps. Contact me if you have other questions.
