I just watched Remarkably Bright Creatures on Netflix and thoroughly enjoyed it. Sally Field as Tova was as always luminous. I’m not that familiar with Lewis Pullman who plays Cameron but he was well cast - and reminded me a bit of Chris Pratt more than of his father. Nice supporting cast, beautiful scenery, and the VFX Marcellus was quite believable as the octopus.

The book was a CC Book Club selection a couple of years ago. The movie pared down to the core of the book.
