Selected Native American, app asked if enrolled, then it asked for my enrollment number?

<p>I am registered with the Nulgenaki tribe, but we are not a federally recognized tribe, thus I do not have a CDIB. Should I reply “no” to “are you enrolled?”, even though I am enrolled in my tribe, just not federally enrolled?</p>
