Self-absorbed much???

Just heard on the news that Lindsay Lohan is suing E-trade for the commercial where the little baby has a “milkaholic” friend named “Lindsay” ;
Lohan is claiming that “like Oprah, everybody associates the name, Lindsay, with her”…

this is my laugh of the day…how about yours?

I have seen that commercial several times, and I NEVER thought of Lindsay Lohan.

guess she isn’t getting enough press lately ;)

A new pop culture low. (as if that was at all possible)

Seems like the expert testimony in the litigation would be pretty depressing for her…no honey, according to our statistics, everyone is NOT thinking of you.

Thanks! That was a good one. She even beats that coat lawyer in her stupidity!

I thought this was so funny too! She is suing for ONE HUNDRED MILLION DOLLARS!!!

I never once thought of her when watching that commercial!

Wow–I thought the same thing! You are the only Lindsey in the world?!

I know momlove. THAT is the funniest part.
ONE HUNDRED MILLION DOLLARS. Sounds like something a seven year old would come up with.

^^^^ Hahahahahaha :D

The cute , innocent milkaholic baby should sue being unfairly linked to LL, defamation of character by association.

[Lindsay Lohan Suing E-Trade for Milkaholic “Parody” - omg! news on Yahoo!](http://omg.yahoo.com/news/lindsay-lohan-suing-e-trade-for-milkaholic-parody/37130?nc)

OMG indeed!

Why doesnt she go after Lindsey Vonn for splashing that name all over the Olympics?

I never thought of her when I saw that ad. And when I hear “Lindsay” in general, I don’t automatically think of her. It just isn’t a distinctive enough name, unlike, say, Britney. If a commercial gave a character that name, I might think the reference was intentional.

Donna…come to think of it, didnt you steal that name from a Richie Valens song? BUSTED

I’ve never seen the ad. Is there any likeness to her physically?

If her complaint is merely the name, that is ridiculous! The complaint says, “Why didn’t they use the name Susan?”

My name is Susan. I am 53. In my generation, Susan was one of the most popular names (actually my HS took a poll, and Susan had the most numbers in the class). Likewise, Lindsay is one of the most popular names of Lindsay Lohan’s generation. She MIGHT have a point if she had a name like OPRAH, LOL. Yes, Oprah is referred to without her last name and people know who you mean. But Lindsay is so common of a name for young women in their 20s, that it could be ANYONE!!! So, Ms. Lohan, get a grip!

That would be like Jennifer Lopez complaining about an ad using the name “Jennfer”…ha ha. If the ad said, “JLo”, she’d have a point. Jennifer? No way. Likewise, with Lindsay.

I just watched the video. In no way would I have ever had a thought about Lindsay Lohan when watching that!! They used a name that is common for young women. Could have been Jessica, Jennifer, Lindsay, Sarah, Ashley, Nicole, Brittany, Amanda…would have had the same effect.

(come to think of that, there are several stars in that age range with those names too)

“Is there any likeness to her physically?” soozievt asked.

I have no idea what Lindsay Lohan looks like, but my son says she was arrested for DUI, so she must be old enough to drive; the girl in the commercial is a baby.

Okay, except now, when I see the commercial, I AM going to think about Lindsay Lohan. As in, my, that Lindsay Lohan sure is a piece of work :D

And we know that she is not a MILK-aholic. You don’t get pulled over after slamming buttermilk shots.
