If my mom was self-employed and reported income in 2009, but did not work in 2010, would she be considered unemployed? <em>She does not have a registered business</em></p>

<p>My dad’s income. I think she has some type of self-employed status but since she didn’t work at all in the past year I don’t know if she’s considered unemployed. (I put her as unemployed on the commonapp but I don’t know if it’s right…this is for future references o.o)</p>
